As you may know, the Center for Supportive Bureaucracy is the fastest growing
organization offering Compassion Services and Playful Paperwork products aroundtheworld
.
Our rich catalog includes (but is not limited to) Joy Permits, Forgivers License (Class A & B),
Refurbished Report Cards, Personal Validation Vouchers, Adults Special Achievement stickers and
more. As a grassroots movement,
we cherish andcelebratethemagicenvironmentinwhichnew
ideas sprout. It is thanks to peoplelikeyouwhocreate ahealthyenvironmentforcreativeexpression
that organizations like the Empowering Clerks Network can become a reality. We would like to grant
youadeepgratitudeforthat.
The new idea (INL #47293a) will bring the Center for Supportive Bureaucracy to develop a
unique service, in which an opportunity will be available for artists to send rejection letters to
institutions that rejected them and/or send rejection letters voluntarily to other entities. A special
committee, sub division of ECN Think Tank iscurrently workingonthefinaldetailsofthenewservice,
and we appreciate yourpatiencewhilewaitingfortheservicetobeavailable.Pleasekeep inmindthat
this service is going to be highly confidential
and we ask you not to share this information. For
your convenience, our regional Empowerment Processing Facility (EPF) will issue you with an
ECSK2.0 (Empowering Clerk Starter Kit) and you may apply for a Forgivers License using Form
601(c). Attached is an example of a rejection letter. We believe that allowing young artists to reject
various institutions will
increase their self image by 41.7% and might prevent the world from
experiencing another World War, as Hitler would be likely to withdraw his violent path if dealing
constructively with his two rejections from Vienna Academy of Art at 1908 (see appendix A page 12
and appendix B page 13.) Such coincidence might contribute to a
319 points increase the Global
WellBeingrate(GWB)
