    Regardless of fraud expert James Wedick's opinion (separately posted) of real estate fraud against Dr Zernik, and regardless of inquiries by US Congress (response to which was alleged as fraud by FBI on Congress) FBI continues to refuse to investigate alleged criminality by senior management of Countrywide and Bank of America Corporation. First complaint, alleging large scale fraud by Countrywide on the US government, in funding extremely unworthy government backed residential loans, was filed in January 2007 (!), and by March 2007, and addendum filed with FBI correctly estimated the liability to the US taxpayer from such conduct in hundreds of billions of dollars. Since January 2008 FBI has been reporting to US Congress of investigation of any criminality underlying the current crisis, However, such investigation appears aimless at best.
