Welcome
Dear Leader,
Greetings and welcome to the CORE: Dig In study! I’m excited and honored that you are joining us on this journey. I have created a process-oriented leadership model called the CORE Model (Connect, Own, Reveal, Empower™). It starts with identity and promotes true leadership and integrity in a young person’s life. The first study, Dig In, walks participants through the first half of the CORE Model.
Dig In is designed to help teens gain a greater understanding of their incredible value, worth, and potential. I hope that they come to realize how special they are as individuals and that God created them with a purpose. I believe that comes with an understanding of one’s true identity in Christ and living from a place of centeredness, from the CORE. We are living in challenging times, and our youth need the processes and tools that allow them to live out their true purpose.
I appreciate your love for your students and your passion to see them succeed in their identity discovery. Thank you for your heart for God and for taking the time to walk through this process with your group. My hope is that you enjoy Dig In and find it helpful in
