Abstract

Modern instant noodle was first invented by a Japan businessman Momofuku Ando where the
noodle is boiled with seasoning, fried with palm oil and dried to get noodle. We choose Maggi
branded instant noodle as the main ingredient for our product murtabak maggi as it is very
popular among university students. Other ingredients are also added, which are onion, garlic,
eggs and carrot. Each murtabak maggi cost only RM1.20.
