The ability to plan and successfully manage projects and project teams are
valued skills sought by many employers.
PRINCE2 Project Management
PRINCE2 is an internationally recognised project management qualification and
methodology. The course provides delegates with the ability to apply a process
based approach to manage or work with projects effectively.
The Foundation level is a three day course, covering all aspects of the PRINCE2
methodology. The Practititioner level, a five day course, includes addtitional elements
such as planning and risk assessments.
On completing the course successfully, participants will be able to:

Define the project and learn a structured approach to project management

Distinguish between themes, processes and techniques used in PRINCE2

Identify the terminology used in project management
Duration
This course is taught through three one-day workshops, with additional guided
learning and assessment.
Location
University of Bedfordshire Luton Campus.

This fully-funded course is being offered within the Luton Higher Skills for Business project.
The project provides skills and qualifications for jobseekers, graduates and SME employees in
Lutons key business sectors. It also includes a work based project for SME employees
