    MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
    Check List Per Competitor
    1. Deep Heat spray/gel
    2. Wrist Watch
    3. Whistle
    4. Headlamp (minimum 100 lumens)
    5. Sunscreen (SPF 30 over above)
    6. Ability to carry a minimum of 1 litre of drinking water using bottles on a waist
    pouch or backpack or hydration bladder (whatever combination suits you)
    7. 1 cap (recommended with neck flap)
    8. Energy bars/gels (adequate amount per day)
    9. Electrolytes (adequate amount per day)
    10. Reflective Vest
    11. Mobile Phone
    12. Waterproof cover for your mobile phone
    13. Emergency Blanket
    Applicable only for competitor who wish to stay at the camp ground
    14. Tent (per person unless you are arranging to share a tent with friend who is
    competing in the event)
    15. Sleeping Mat, Light sleeping bag/blanket
    16. Eating Utensil (Cup/Plate/Bowl/Spoon/Fork)
