TOUR PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES
PAYMENT
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $150 is required for booking. The deposit is not refundable if cancellation is made 31 days or less
before the date of the pilgrimage.
FULL PAYMENT
The balance is due 15 days (June 24, 2016) prior to the pilgrimage. Once the full balance is paid, the reservation
is finalized and the entire amount paid is not refundable.
PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay by cash, debit email transfer or cheque. Do not mail payment by cash, please submit cash payment
in person to Danielle Gonsalves, GTA Catholic Event Organizer.
1) Cash: Payments must be made in person.
2) Cheque: Payments can be made by cheque. Please make cheques payable to "Danielle Gonsalves". Please
specify the name of the traveller as well as the name and date of the tour being paid for. Mailing address: 2802 38 Elm St Toronto ON M5G 2K5
3) EMT: Once you register online, EMT details will be emailed to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is necessary, please notify GTA Catholic Event Organizer immediately in writing. The deposit is not
refundable if cancellation is made 31 days or less before the date of the pilgrimage. If the pilgrimage is cancelled,
a full refund will be given.
