SPEEDING / FAIL TO MAINTAIN CONTROL

20-year-old driver was reaching into the glove box
and did not observe a vehicle slowing down in the
traffic congestion ahead. The driver hit the slowing
vehicle at 55MPH. The air bag deployed and the
driver complained of injury. Driver was charged
with failure to pay full time and attention.
