Ministry Philosophy
When Jesus looked out onto the crowds he saw people who were
harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. His solution was
more laborers; spiritual leaders who are growing and helping others. I
am committed to building laborers for Christ who can be disciples who
make disciples. I believe evangelism, discipleship and spiritual
multiplication was Jesus strategy and commission for all believers.

Personal Summary

I was born in Tulsa, OK but have lived in Texas for the last 8 years.

I came to saving faith in Christ when a fraternity brother of mine shared the gospel with me
my freshman year of college. I began meeting with a campus minister who discipled me
through my college years.

I am married to my wife Brittan. She graduated from Oklahoma State University. We met our
first year on staff with Stumo.

I have a daughter, Campbell who was born July 2014.

I am commission by Fellowship Bible Church in Tulsa, OK (July 2008).

I love playing golf and watching the Sooners play!

Student Mobilization
Campus Director - Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX (2012-present)
My job is to shepherd and give oversight to the movement on campus, to lead and train
my staff members, and to maintain a healthy grassroots ministry of my own. I set
objectives and goals for the ministry and staff. I also raise full financial support for myself
and our movement.
I helped pioneer the ministry here at SMU. In 4 years time we have 60+ students in small
groups, 75+ attending a weekly meeting, 13 committed student leaders and 19 students
involved with us in summer growth plans.
East Asia Summer Team Leader (Summer 2012)
I led a 7 week summer mission trip with 8 students. We were in charge of training the
students, helping them raise support, and doing ministry on the ground for the summer.
We shared the gospel with 150+ people and plugged those who were interested into
activities with our long term missionaries on the ground.
Stint Team - East Asia (2008-2009)
Church planting Reaching college students, young professionals, and their families with
the Gospel with the hopes of planting networks of house churches
