Note: IRIG-B 122 or IRIG-B 012 (BCD) will not have Year information. If the same
signal received from any GPS receiver then the NTP/SNTP output will give
default year of 2000. Have to use BCS software to set current year.
If IRIG-B signal have IEEE 1344 or AFNOR format then in that case NTP/SNTP
will give correct Time, Year, Month and Date.
