Basic techniques for Takraw skill

Self & partner juggling, use proper technique

Next class: start the beginning of state fitness test, wrap and
assess juggling as we move towards game skills, continue state
fitness testing

Warm up with 10 reps, CA State Muscular Strength test, cool down
Discuss Passing skills, game rules, scoring
Partner juggling, passing
In small groups practice, passing, controlling and returning

Review scoring boundaries rules, introduce advance serving and
returning technique
Go over the proper toss and inside kick for serve.
In small groups, practice proper toss and inside kick over net.
Skill performance on toss and inside kick. 3/5 proper serves over
net
Next class: finishing serving/returning skills, beginning game play,
and continue state fitness testing
