Goal setting is the first step towards successful goal achievement. Planning life goals
helps someone to improve their lifestyle. It gives you something to plan and work for and
a reminder of what needs to accomplish. With no goals, we cannot be expecting our life
to change for better. To achieve something in life, we should know the steps to set goals
in our life.
Firstly, we need to make sure and specific what we want to achieve in life. From this, we
can identify what we should do to achieve the goal. Many people out there dont have any
idea what they want in their life. That is also one of the reasons why most people live an
average life. Once we have set our goals, we need to list down the steps to achieve the
goals. We need to implement steps that will take closer achieving the goals.
Once we have fixed the steps, act is a must. We cant wait for things to happen. We need
to take action to follow the steps on the list. We need to make sure the goals are working
steadily and consistently. Reference from books, article, online material or advice from
people also helps to achieve the goals. Doing surveys on the goals we want to achieve,
gives us more idea.
Other than that, keep a deadline for the goals we have set in our life. This is very
important because that pushes us to achieve the goal, rather than letting them slip down
the list. And from time to time, examine the goals that we have set. As circumstance and
people changes, some goals lose their importance. It is always important that we reexamine the goals regularly and remove the worthless ones.
In conclusion, I would say setting goals in life helps us to lead a better in life. It motivates
us to be more responsible person, and to value the live we are living.

By having role models we can see how they lives the life. From there we can learn their
mistakes and successes. But to have a role model, we must make sure that we have
choose someone is going to influence our life in good way, and someone who helps us to
motivate ourselves to lead a good life. We must know the tips to choose a good role
model in our life.
Role model can be someone who had survived situations that we are struggling with and
they have overcome and are a successful person now. Other than that, it must be someone
who admired for their positive qualities. We must be clear why we are choosing the
specific role model.
It is always better to choose someone that we know as a role model. A role model that
you know can help you to mature and grows as a person. They can give guidance of how
to achieve your best. It can directly face to face, through any speech or article.
When a person shares same interest as us can also be our role model. That someone must
have a strong character and positive values to share that interest, which can create a good
impact in your life. Discovering such person can have a huge effect on your outlook and
action.
When we are choosing a role model, we must make sure that it strengthens our resolves,
confidence hope and life. It is advisable to do researches on the role models we have
chosen. From there, we are able to find out what we will be able to learn from them and
their accomplishments.
Choose someone who makes you feel good about being you. The purpose of having a
role model is to support you and encourage improving yourself. They should always
make you feel positive and good about being yourself. It must be someone who interacts
in well manner to everyone. People should be to easy to understand when
communicating.

As people get older, nutrition plays a very important role in their life. It is very important
to take meals with maximum nutrition. Unfortunately as they gets old, their lifestyles and
appetite can change and this affect the types and amount of food they consume.
A decreasing appetite or reduced ability to eat healthy foods makes elderly dont get
enough essential nutrition. Elderly will have very limited of physical activity. This will
cause for reduced feeling of thirst can be one of the reasons. Water provides many vital
functions in body. Your body needs fluid no matter if you are getting older.
Most of elderly tends to ignore gives importance to their gums and teeth. They are only
able to enjoy eating and eat well when maintains a healthy teeth and gums. Missing teeth
and sore gums will definitely make it difficultly a variety of foods and drinks without
restriction.
For those older people who stays alone or lack of transport can be also difficult for them
to get good foods. At this age, chronic illness also increased among elderly people. So
this may cause to poor eating habits, low intake of foods.
Financially, elderly people will worry also. Most of elderly people are on fixed or limited
incomes. If they are worried about money, they might cut back on grocery expenses or
buy cheaper and less-nutritious foods to stretch their budget. Insufficient money to pay
for foods can result in a host of nutrition problems.
Other than that, depression from elderly people can become more difficult. Their loved
ones may be gone, their body may be failing them, even if their mind is sharp, and
loneliness can take its toll. Depression can decrease one's appetite. Depression is a
manageable disease when treated correctly, but left untreated it can lead to many other
nutrition and health problems.

It is always important for the elderly people to get sufficient nutrition in order for them to
be healthy. It is our gives the awareness to everyone regarding nutrition for elderly

Question 4
Tooth decay becomes one of the issues faced by everyone as age increase. Tooth decay
occurs when bacteria living in your mouth. It will begin to eat away at your teeth.
Untreated tooth decay can cause infection, extreme pain and loss of tooth.
One of the reasons why people nowadays have tooth decay is because poor oral hygiene
practices. You must brush your teeth at least twice a day. It is advisable to brush after
meals, and at least for two minutes. Improper oral hygiene will lead to tooth decay. One
good thing about this, tooth decay due to poor oral hygiene is avoidable. So set a little
timer for yourself to brush your teeth.
Other than that sugary foods can be one of the reasons for tooth decay. The bacteria in
your mouth feed off of sugary foods. It will begin to coat your teeth in damaging acid.
This can all happen in seconds and can occur several times over just one meal, which is
why its recommended to brush your teeth after each meal to eliminate acid.
Improper nutrition such as foods those are high in sugar, high in carbohydrates and high
in acid leads to tooth decay. It is always advisable to consume healthy diet, which
includes healthy foods and the avoidance of sugary acidic drinks is the way to go.
Dry mouth issues can be a reason for tooth decay. When saliva helps inhibit the growth of
plaque, persons with dry mouth conditions will have dental issues. Dry mouth may be
caused by prescription medications, it may be genetic, or it may be caused by medical
conditions such as Diabetes. A vigilant dentist will work closely with a patient to prevent
tooth decay.
People who smoke and drink alcohol regularly are at an increased risk of tooth decay.
This is because tobacco can interfere with production of saliva, which helps keep the
surface of your teeth clean, and alcohol can contribute to the erosion of tooth enamel.

Tooth decay issue is not something that we cannot take as a small issue. There are many
ways to prevent this. All we need to do is practice them in real life.

Question 5
Depression is an illness that affects the brain. It interferes with daily life and causes pain.
Depression is common but it can also change into serious illness. It can affect how you
feel, the way you think and also how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable.
There are few causes for depression. One of them is family history. Depression can run in
families, and some people can be affected. But it does not mean that the person will
automatically experience the illness too. Life circumstances and also other factor still can
be a reason.
Other than that, serious medical illness can cause depression to anyone. Those who are
having illness will be worried and stress especially if it involves long-term management
of the illness or chronic pain.
Our own personality can also leads to depression. Especially when a person is negative to
personal criticism, has low self-esteem and tends to worry a lot. They will not be able to
take the stress, and that leads to depression.
Depression can be treated through medication. Antidepressants can be prescribed to help
overcome depression. These medications are not sedatives, and have no stimulating
effect. Antidepressants may produce improvement within the first week or two of use. It
is important to let your doctor know if a medication does not work or if you experience
side effect.
Other than that, consulting with psychotherapy can be also used as a treatment to
overcome depression. Psychotherapy may involve only the individual, but it can include
others. For example, family or couples therapy can help address issues within these close
relationships. Group therapy involves people with similar illnesses

Another way of overcome the depression is ECT treatment. It is a medical treatment used
regularly for patients with major depression. This method is also used for those have not
improved from other treatment. This treatment conducted by trained medical
professionals including a psychiatrist, an anesthesiologist and a nurse or physician
assistant.
Depression cause long lasting symptoms which often disrupts a persons ability to
perform routine tasks. It is often related to many factors, including changes in brain
function, genetics and circumstances.

To think about financial management and stability, it would be the last thing someone
who is below 30 would think about. However, working towards financial security does
not have a age limit. Attaining this goal even some has immediate benefits. Financial
management is very important in ensuring one has enough money and assets to be used in
later years.
Firstly we need to be clear about our own current financial situation. It is very important
to have a clear understanding of the level of income, expenses and savings. This allows
us plan the budget for future set the financial goal. When we are setting financial goals, it
has to customize to fit each individuals needs. The goals set has to be specific,
measureable, attainable, realistic and time based.
It is very important that we keep review our progress and re evaluate them. We have to
revise the plan according to the situation. The hard part of planning a financial
management is the expenses may change from time to time. Revising the planning gives
you an accurate idea of where to adjust the plan.
Having a good insurance coverage is also a smart planning financially. You will never
know when you will need a large sum of money during an emergency. Good insurance
coverage can really help tide you through a crisis. Other than that, it is always advisable
to invest your money where you can get a good return in future.
Another way of making sure we plan wisely, we can always save the money by starting a
strong retirement income planning program. By this, we will be able to financially
prepared for the distance future.
It is important that we go through the budget and crunch the numbers. We must be
prepared for all kind of circumstance, as we cannot predict future.

Question 7
Bucket list in my life means a list of things that I have not done before and I would want
to do it in future. Bucket list encourage me to achieve my dreams.
In order to prepare a good and quality bucket list, first I must decide what I want to do in
my life. For that, I must write my draft. Firstly I must write down everything that comes
into my mind. Even if some of the ideas are ridiculous and impossible. Listing all the
tasks will make me to think of many ideas, more achievable tasks. We dont have to
concern with reality, just concentrate getting the ideas to my page.
After listing down all the ideas, it is now time to revise my list. From there, I am able to
remove more impossible tasks. I need to be practical on choosing the list I want to do.
From this I am able to learn to find the balance between things I know I can do, and
things I know I need to develop myself.
Once I have identified my capability, I can start to act on my list. For beginning, I can
start from small things. I dont want to rush myself. Concentrating on the easier-toaccomplish tasks first will encourage me to continue working towards the end of my list.
I need to accept that experience of the things on my bucket list is unique or can be
compared with someone else.
I need to set goal for myself. Without a goal, the list doesnt work. If I dont set a timeline
or taking action, it never will work. Creating a goal to accomplished things will
motivated me to work on the list I have prepared. It is very important to come up with a
realistic plan, as only I know my ability.
It is important to be focus and have the knowledge of how to create and complete the
bucket list. After all, preparing a bucket list making steps to do the things I want to do
with my life. This is all about me and my life.
