Observed Strengths:

Well organized.
Strong beginning with full energy.
Start with learning objective, remind the class
rules, direct verbal attentions by calling the
names, use an excellent positive reinforcement
prices and words, use pictures to attract the
students attention, ask more to extend the
student thinking skill, moving between the
activities was smooth, link the activities with the
writing to ensure their understanding ,great
relation with students, well time managed, end
with discussing what they learned, with
introducing what they are going to take for
tomorrow lesson.

Suggestions for further development:


Make all students get involved with the class,
even if they do not understand, just to try.
Let the hyperactive students some work like
distributing papers to get busy with.

After the observation immediately, I used to set with nora, and gave her the main positive
and negative points, she did a great job and was very confidence during explanation. She
listened to my comments and will do her best to improve again.
