Freedom Right Protection Letter for Indonesian Citizen Hostages and to free ABU SAYYEF from all blame of Counter Terrorism ARTICLE 7 UN Charter and the restoration of their good name for and on behalf of the United Nations in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights-UN 1948. 2. UN-SWISSINDO shall fulfil the quota of Guaranteed Printing of Legal Standard Payment World Currency, for the country of Philippines in accordance with the letter we have received. 3. UN-SWISSINDO shall liberate all debt burden of the people of the Philippines and the same burden of each related bank and liberate all Government of the Philippines’ debt to the related banking/finance institutions as part of the 25 Parent Country. 4. Governments of Indonesia and the Philippines are responsible for the protection of this commitment, to be witnessed by NATO/SEATO. 5. UN-SWISSINDO shall release without condition according to the Letter’s content sent through Lao P.D.R to Abu Sayyef. 6. A Gift of 50.000.000 Peso as the cost of the restoration of the good name of Abu Sayyef whom shall be titled Silahturahmi (Sacred Reunion) as a symbol of World Peace in Lao P.D.R. With this I assign WPM of Finance and Banking and WPM of Global Military to implement the negotiation through the Embassy of the Philippines in Lao P.D.R, the Embassy of Republic of Indonesia in Lao P.D.R and U.N. Representative in Lao P.D.R. Agreed to in Lao P.D.R by: Article 1 - Universal Declaration of Human Rights All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Article 7 - Universal Declaration of Human Rights All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination. Article 14 - Universal Declaration of Human Rights Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations. “True victory is when no-one feels loss or defeated by another, because our most challenging enemy is within us all, therefore rein this in, and protect from within the integrity of all humans.
