Legal issues
Copyright is the legal right given to a person or company that created
content, the copyright gives them the right to print, publish, perform, film
or record literary, artistic or musical material.
This applies to my work because I will take the photographs myself and
not use anybody elses photographs.
Privacy law: Privacy law is the regulation that will protect a persons right
to keep their personal life private. Medical, financial and other personal
information will be kept private. I will use the privacy law by not showing
the location where somebody lives and ask the model for permission to
take the photographs.
Ethical issues:
Ethics are moral principles that people live by, they affect how we make
decisions. Ethics is concerned with what is good for individuals and
society and is also described as moral philosophy. I will use ethics so I
dont offend anyone with my advertisement.

Gender
My adverts are aimed at males and I am using male models so there is no
issue with gender.
Age
My adverts are aimed at males aged 20 to 25 and I am using a 20 year
old model so there is no issue with age.
Ethnicity
My advert is aimed at all ethnicities but I am using a white model so
people may be offended by that but if I was doing the adverts
professionally I would use models of all ethnicities.
UK code of non-broadcast advertising
The UK Advertising Codes lay down rules for advertisers, agencies and
media owners to follow. They include general rules that state advertising
must be responsible, must not mislead, or offend and specific rules that
cover advertising to children and ads for specific sectors like alcohol,
gambling, motoring, health and financial products
