I have known Naia for 2 years through my role as a Nursing instructor at Kapiolani
Community College. I was Naias instructor in the classroom and clinical setting in the
associate degree nursing program. I have enjoyed having Naia as a student and seeing
her progress through her nursing education.
Naia is a kind, caring and hard-working individual. She is focused on providing safe,
effective nursing care to her clients at all times. Naia is able to analyze and prioritize
client issues in a timely fashion. She is personable and professional when working with
clients, staff, instructors and peers. Naia has excellent customer service skills and is
easily able to establish rapport with a wide variety of clients.
I believe Naia would be an asset to any unit that she is assigned to.
