Illegal signs, which have been determined to have been posted under your authority, were found at the above-referenced location(s). You are hereby advised that the posting of these signs violates Zoning Ordinance Chapter 59-6.7.4.F of the Montgomery County Code and, as a result, you are subject to a fine for a civil violation. How are political signs regulated in Montgomery County? ‘A political sign generally can be classified as either a temporary sign (to be located only on private property) or a limited duration sign (to be located either on private property or in the public right-of-way).
