best.InmanycircumstancesIdonoteatbreakfastso,bythetimethatitislunchtimeor
dinnerIamsuperhungry.Iusuallytrytosnackonsomethinginthemorningbut,in
manyoccasionsIamrushingtogettoschoolandworkthatIprioritizethatinsteadof
eating.ThisprojecthasreallymademeseethatIneedtostartmakingchangesinthe
wayIeatandalsotheamountofexercisethatIdoinaday.SomethingelsethatI

learnedfromthisprojectistheimportanceofhealthyeatinginordertopreventdiseases
suchasdiabetes,highbloodpressure,cholesterol,andobesity.Inmanycircumstances
wedonotseehowmuchcaloriesweconsumeinadaybecausewedonottakethe
timetofindouthowmuchweareeating.Aswellas,inmanyrestaurantsthenumberof
caloriesamealhasisnotprovided.Mygoalistomaintainmycalorieintakebetween
10001300caloriesperday.ThemealthatIhavecreatedformyselfisthatforbreakfast
Iwilleatayogurtwithgranola(262calories)andhalfofabanana(52calories).For
lunchIhaveplantoeat1tunasandwichwithapeachandtheotherhalfofthebananaI
ateforbreakfast.(379calories).FordinnerIhaveplannedtoeatgrilledchickenbreast
(231calories)withsalad(94calories)andacupofrice(200calories)ontheside.
SomethingelsethatInoticedisthatIdrinklotsofsweetstherefore,Ineedtostop
drinkingGatoradeorPowerade.Idonotthinkthatthosedrinksaretotallybadforme
but,IdothinkthatIneedtomakeaneffortindrinkingmorewater.Therefore,another
goalistoincreasemywaterconsumption.Moreover,Ialsowanttomanagemytime
betterinordertomakesureIhavetimetoeateverymorningbeforework.Lastly,Iwant
toworkoutmore.Myultimategoalistocontinuepushingmybodymoreinordertogain
musclebutalsoloseweight.
