They might have changed the supplier
They might not have a requirement at this point
They might have forecasted the demand for the consignment

They are averting the claim that VRT is asking

WHY UNIT II HAVE ORDERED


WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT ?

Decisions would have been made in an hastily manner

WHY UNIT II ORDERED WITHOUT


THE CONCERN ABOUT SPACE
CONSTRAINT?
Some other consignment would have come that would have
occupied space
Incorrect space planning

WHY UNIT II DOESNT RESPOND TO


THE LR REMINDER GIVEN BY VRT ?
They did not want the product
They did not have to store the product
Since the LR was given through ordinary post no importance given

WHY KL HAS GIVEN THE LR


TO UNIT II?
KL did not want to store the products themselves hence receiving
the LR from VRT they immediately sent it to Unit II.

WHY KL DOESNT FOLLOW UP THIS


LR?
KL is a third party logistic for the company and the company did not
respond to the LR.
VRT directly contacted Unit II.

WHY VRT DOESNT INFORM TO EITHER


KL OR COMPANY TRANSPORT DIVISION ?

WHY VRT HAD SENT ONLY REMINDER
