BUSINESS PROPOSAL FOR NEW START UP

Mission
The mission of the new start up is the development and delivery of an
optimum policy of training and education in the active interest of academic
projects. It will be the objective of this start up is to transfer knowledge and skills
and to develop a professional attitude in the trainees. Courses will be developed in
close consultation and cooperation with professionals from industries. This start up
will identify the exact ideas from the students and translate these into products /
prototype with improvements and adjustments from the training courses.
Responding to the requirements of a changing environment implies constantly
redefining the training programmes, reworking the contents in the light of the
objectives, designing methods best suited to the individual needs of the trainees,
and putting these new methods and ways of working into practice. The mission of
the Training Centre is to provide high quality training to the students and make
their research work to a higher standard.

The need
There is a huge need to institutionalise training activities for students and
their mentors to improve their research work. This will not only lead to an
improvement of the project work, but also will narrow the gap between theory and
practicals.
