It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Lacey Bryant, a
former student of mine.
I was Laceys professor during her teaching credentials course work. During the
course work, I have found her to be a committed student who takes pride in the quality
of her work and who dedicates herself to whatever project she is assigned. Throughout
the group work and the individual assignments Lacey always tried her best and
applied herself to the work. Her products were always of high quality. In addition, she
was a great team worker who always sought others opinions and input. Furthermore,
Lacey was always on time and carried the responsibilities assigned to her with the
outmost seriousness. Moreover, I have found her to be always very professional,
pleasant and willing to try new things. She is dependable and well-liked and respected
by her classmates. She always displays a cooperative attitude and is very open to
suggestions. She is an absolute class act in everything she does. She is very bright and
always reaches for excellence. Her presentations are well thought and very smart and
witty and her presence is strong yet approachable and fun.
Lacey obtained an A for the course. In addition she earned the respect of
all the other professors she worked with as well as the students in her class. It is clear
that Lacey is ready for the next challenge. Joining the ranks of teachers will allow her
to demonstrate her leadership skills. It will give her the opportunity to practice what
she has learned throughout her course work in the classroom as well as her real life.
With the new standards and the new testing being implemented Lacey will be a
strong asset in helping teachers develop projects that will truly be beneficial for the
students. She is articulate, thinks outside of the box and is very intelligent.
Furthermore, she has accumulated a plethora of classroom management strategies
throughout her work as a teacher substitute. I feel very comfortable recommending
her for your vacancy.
I believe that with all the academic preparation as well as the
multitude of roles Lacey has played at work and in real life, she is ready to take on
the challenge of a teachers position. I am sure that she will make a wonderful
addition to any organization and that she will always lead by example just as she did
