Dear Parents/Guardians,
Happy Mothers Day 2016! In celebration of Mothers Day, we would like to cordially invite you to be
our guests at the 1st Annual My Mom, Muffins, and Me event. This event is sponsored by Lindsay
Middle Schools Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). This event will begin the celebration of
Mothers Day! This event will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 9:30 am in Lindsay Middle
Schools (LMS) cafeteria. We as Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), understand the
important roles parents, especially mothers play in their childrens lives. This is a day in which your
children can help celebrate you, MOM! Whether you are your childs biological or surrogate mom, you
are loved and we would love to help celebrate YOU.
During this event, you will have the opportunity to have breakfast muffins and drink with your child.
There will be a special presentation dedicated to YOU as well. We are asking for students to submit
pictures of you and them. All pictures will be returned after the day of the event. If you are unable to
attend the event, please consider ordering a muffin for you and your child to enjoy at home together.
Please consider joining us by completing and returning the form below. The cost to attend the event
is $3.00 (includes muffin and drink) for you and your child. Each additional person over the
age of 2 is $1.00. Please turn in all monies to Mrs. C. Grady, Business & Information Technology and
FBLA Sponsor at Lindsay Middle School with your child no later than, Tuesday, May 3, 2016. Make all
checks payable to Lindsay Middle School. If you have questions please feel free to contact Mrs.
