Students are encouraged/challenged from the beginning of
class to think and to reason out answers to questions. Ms.
Wissinger is well prepared as far as content is concerned.

Plans follow the school desired format and are well written
and very detailed. There are no concerns with lesson
planning. Students are constantly involved in learning
activities.

Students are engaged at all times and on task. There is
review of letters for the students. Students are involved in
a variety of activities and move from one activity to
another quickly.

Instructions and behavior guidelines are stressed . Students
know that Ms. Wissinger in interested and cares about
them....there is good rapport between teacher and students.
Today students are involved and seem to be enjoying the
activities. Ms. Wissinger give many positive support
comments to students.

Note 2-3 specific recommendations for growth that will be evaluated during future observations:
Class went well, good flow of instruction, students on task, good movement around the room, good personal contact with students
with special needs (Amy), good classroom management, and excellent/ positive comments from Ms. Musgrove. Continue with the
positive and well prepared instruction.
