Legal issues
Trespass: trespass is entering someones property without permission.
This wont be a problem for my photoshoot because it is a family home so
it wont be a problem to use the garden for a photo shoot.
Intellectual property right: Intellectual property right is the right to keep
your own idea for yourself. This would affect my work because it means I
cant use someone elses Idea for a photoshoot and they cant use my
ideas for themselves. Intellectual property right also means I cant show
brand logos in my photos without the permission of the brand.
Copyright: Copy right is the law that stops me from using someone elses
idea for a photo and passing it of as my own. This means I have to take
my own photos for my adverts and use my own slogan in my work to
prevent braking the copyright law.
Ethical issues
Representation: the representation for the advert is that it is second hand
clothing isnt something to feel bad about so the modal in the adverts will
be looking happy and enjoying herself to show that it is a good thing and
noting to be a shamed about.
