==INSTALLIZATION INSTRUCTIONS==

This is simple, just open up your Skyrim.ini file (located in documents/my games
/skyrim
Make sure it's Skyrim.ini, and not SkyrimPrefs.ini, then copy that
section I put right below, and paste it into the ini file, easiest to put at the
bottom.
(you can open the ini file with notepad)

[Camera]
fOverShoulderAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosZ=10.0000
fOverShoulderPosX=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=10.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=0.0000

These settings put the camera just right above your character's head.
Now you can experiment with those settings for however you like it, it's selfexplantory for the most part.
PosX refers to the x-axis (left and right)
PosZ refers to the z-axis (up and down)
PosY refers to the y-axis [forward and backward (zoom)]
The three lines at the bottom refers to the camera's position when in combat
in contrast the first three lines refer to when not (weapons sheathed)
The camera might not look different once you load your game, if this is the case
just
unsheathe and sheathe your weapons to "refresh" it.
