1. Academic
a. I took a course at university called Environmental Problem Solving
and Scientific Think. This course is about the development of a
skeptical, scientific approach to thinking about environmental
problems and issue.
b. Scientific knowledge: Chemistry named Structure and
Modeling in Chemistry, this is a course that talk about
atomic and molecular models and their applications to chemistry,
including a discussion of solid, liquid, and gaseous states, and
of mixtures. Biology named Principles and Themes, this course
is a laboratory-based course in unifying principles of biology
including cell biology, bioenergetics, cell division, genetics and
evolution. Physics named general physics, this course is to know
Newton's and other basic laws of nature and see what makes
the world go round.
c. Basic environmental knowledge, problems and issues:
Environment course named Concepts, this course is to

introduce students to the conceptual framework of the


environment by examining its physical, biological, and social
components. General topics to be considered will include
ecological principles and the responses of natural and managed
systems to disturbance; population growth; biodiversity and
conservation; and environmental sustainability. Environment
course named Issues, this course is briefly review the major
features of the structure and function of natural systems along
with the degree to which these have been compromised. The
main component of the course, however, will concentrate on the
identification of the issues that underlie environmental
degradation, while exploring alternative conditions that have the
potential to reverse current trends and ultimately contribute to
ecological sustainability. Environment course named
Environmental Problem Solving and Scientific Thinking, this
course is a course to help students develop skeptical and
scientific thinking around environmental issues and problems. A
multi-disciplinary approach will be taken, using current topical
issues as examples.
d. Economic knowledge: Economic course named
Introduction to Microeconomic Principles, this course

introduces students to the study of microeconomics. Topics


include: demand and supply, price determination, market
structure and resource allocation; the behavior of consumers
and firms; and market intervention by government. Selected
economic topics are examined such as: welfare programs,
environmental regulation, the economics of discrimination, pay
equity, and taxation. Economic course named Introduction to
Macroeconomic Principles, this course introduces students to
the study of macroeconomics. Topics include: aggregate
performance and policy; the determinants of national income,
employment and the price level, the role of monetary and fiscal
policies in stabilizing the economy and promoting economic
growth.
2. Communication:
a. Additional language: Chinese is my mother tongue, I
also can speak English and a little bit Korean. I took a
Korean course in the university named Introduction to
Korean.
3. Administrative support:
a. Can use office software: Word, Excel and Power Point.
b. I have a electronic calendar in cellphone to arrange time
4. Work history:
a. I use to be a reporter in China in Yichang Sanxia TV
station in 2011. That is a travelling program, and my
responsibility is to introduce the landscape and place of
interest to audiences.

b. I use to work in a Dell laptop store in China in 2011. This


store is located in a big shopping mall called Bainaohui.
My job is to give the advertisement papers to people to
attract them to buy Dell laptop.
5. Interests
a. I like reading books and magazines
b. Help some poor animals especially dogs and cats: I just
adopted a poor puppy from a farm, which owned by
Germans. These puppies ate expired bread, uncooked
bones and snow. Stay outside in -35 degree.
c. Making friends with others: I have many friends, and
they are all nice people.
d. Travelling and take photos: I have almost travelled
through whole China, and some places in Canada like
Vancouver, Toronto and Winnipeg. I like the culture from
different countries.
