At this time, she is teaching our full schoal day which includes the following subjects: Faith Formation, Reading. Writing, Social Studies, and Math. Her lessons are consistently well prepared and engaging for each of these subjects and delivered ina way that reaches the different types of learners within aur classraom. Miss Welsh has been responsible for implementing curriculum from God Loves Us, Lucy Calkins Units of Stucy for Teaching Reading, Daily 5, Words Their Way, Social Studies Aleve, Lucy Calkins Units of Study for Teaching Writing, and Math in Focus. When delivering instruction, she shows confidence each time like s seasoned teacher. She is also very comfortable using technology (t-pads, smart board, laptops and web based resources) in the classroom to enhance student instruction. From day one of her student teaching experience, Taylor has been very motivated and anxious te Fearnall she can, She will ask questions if unsure about something. She is also a good listener and accepts any constructive criticism. Taylor isa hard worker and puts in long hours to make sure she is ready and prepared. she is also flexible and able to think on her feet when things don't go as planned.
