you add the noodles and let them cook according to
the time on the back of the box, usually 10-12
minutes. Stir occasionally. When they are done, drain
the water and set aside the noodles to cool.

Fill up a pot with 2/3 water or until the noodles

fit entirely in the pot. Once the water begins to

sauce from heat and let it cool for
another 10 minutes. By letting
the sauce cool down a bit, will

assembling the lasagna.

8. Spoon a thin layer of sauce into

the bottom of a large, oven-safe
dish.

Us a 13x9x2" or 2-quart baking

dish and evenly distribute the
sauce at the bottom of the dish.
This will prevent the bottom layer

9. Lay lasagna noodles over the

entire bottom of the dish.

You should be able to get three-four

noodles vertically layered over the
bottom of the dish overlapping the
sauce. It is better to overlap the
noodles than having gaps between
each noodle.

10. Spoon 1/3 of the ricotta

mixture evenly over the noodles
then Spoon 1/3 of the sauce
over the ricotta.

Spread an even layer of the

ricotta over the tops of the
noodles ensuring that each bite
is oozing with cheese. Get your

generously over the lasagna. It
is important that every layer is
even in density so it all cooks

--noodles, ricotta, sauce, mozzarella-until you run out of noodles.
14. Let the lasagna sit for 10
minutes before serving.

Finally you can take the lasagna

out of the oven. Let your lasagna
settle for ten minutes before
serving. This helps let the layers
from sliding off of one another
when you serve the lasagna.
Enjoy!

13. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375,

covered with aluminum foil.

Put a sheet of aluminum over the

lasagna prior to putting it in the oven.

out. The cheese will be able to melt inbetween the layers. After 30-40
minutes of cooking you can remove
the foil for the last 5 minutes to brown
and bubble the cheese on top.
