As a nursing student, I am aware that there is room for improvement. I need to increase the use of electronic devices to help in every aspect of my
nurse's training, apply knowledge of strategy to conflict resolution, demonstrate leadership skills, and spend more time practicing methods and
techniques to successfully execute clients' care plan. I will also seek assistance when necessary from my Professors, Clinical Teachers, Lab
Technicians, and peers to help me accomplish my goals.
