As a nursing student, I am aware that there is room for improvement. I need to increase the use of electronic devices to help in every aspect of my
nurse's training, apply knowledge of strategy to conflict resolution, demonstrate leadership skills, and spend more time practicing methods and
techniques to successfully execute clients' care plan. I will also seek assistance when necessary from my Professors, Clinical Teachers, Lab
Technicians, and peers to help me accomplish my goals.

Teacher Final Summary with Strategies for Continued Growth


Jacqueline has been a strong student who consistently strived to improve. She achieved 94% in the VS skills test but failed the Abdominal
Assessment at 35%. She readily admitted that she had not adequately prepared for the Abdominal Assessment and accepted full responsibility. For
the remainder of the semester, she was successful.
