Responsibilities:
Lead selling effort.
Partner daily with managers to support their responsibilities within their
job description and hold them accountable to execution.
Execute Weekly Planning, complete and post schedules/zone charts.
Utilize selling reports to identify selling opportunities to improve comp
and conversion results.
Ensure adherence to payroll controls through daily projections and
schedule audits.
Train, coach, support the team.
