The experiment:
The students did the experiment very well and they like it after the colour changed.

Activating their prior knowledge:

I remind them about the part of the plant by acting the song that the teacher taught them.

The students get the idea:

The students learned about the function of the stem and they been able to link the experiment with the
information (The stem convey the water to the flower so the colour change.

Using TPR in reminding the rules:

I used (listening ears- quiet lips) to make them listen. I choose the quietest student then I told them why
they respond to be quiet.

Even better if:

Preparation:

I didn't prepare all the materials and put it before on the tables which waste the time and lost their attent

Taking too much time on the mat:

I lost students attention because they stay on the mat listening. So I should shorten the time of talking an
change it to based hand activity.

What did the children learn? How do I know this?


Yes the students learned because they were answering the questions.

Next Steps in learning and teaching:


Trying to not leave the students too long in the mat.
Prepare the materials that will used in the activities.
