Ultimately the culture means the sum total of all the belief, attitiude norms and
customs that previal within an organisation.
Each organisation will have its own distinctive culture , and behavour acceptable in
one organisation culture may be inappropriate in another.Ex:Some companies will
except staff to undertake additional work in their own time, while other organisation
will not.
Also Culture Develop over time can change instantly as a result of a single major
event e.g Death of a company founder, Takeover etc.
Four dimension of culture:

Norms guide people behaviour, suggesting what is or is not appropriate( The doing
things ) E.g Informal dress codes
The six major influence on the culture of an organisation are as follow
1)Size 2) Technology
