KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

the VENDOR,
- in favor of _________________________, of legal age, single (or married to
_______________________), Filipino citizen with residence and
postal address at ________________________, hereinafter called
the VENDEE,
WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner in fee simple of that certain real
property located at _____________________, covered by Original/Transfer Certificate of Title
No. ____________ issued by the Register of Deeds of ____________, and more particularly
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell the
above-described property for the price and under the terms and conditions set forth hereinbelow;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, and more

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE, to the entire satisfaction of the
VENDOR, the said VENDOR does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, in a manner

described, together with all the improvements existing thereon;
That the VENDOR does hereby warrant valid title to, and peaceful possession of, the
property herein sold and conveyed, and further declares that the same is free and clear of all liens,
encumbrances, or claims whatsoever;
