We have carried out a preliminary review of the information you provided and have conchided that the matters relating to confidentiality about which you are complaining are the same as those which were the subject matter of your complaint against the member in 2013, complaint reference no: 13/09/099, and that the information now provided would have been available to you at the time of the investigation of that complaint, Complaint reference no: 13/09/099 was fully investigated by the Complaints Committee who found that a prima facie case had not been established. The Complaints Committee's decision was subject to Independent Review at your request, ‘The Independent Reviewer refemed the matter back to the Complaints Committee who considered the matter afresh but again found that a prima facie case had not been established. You have been informed that the complaint is now closed. You have also raised issues pertaining to evidence provided by the member in connection with her complaint against you to the ACCA.
