I had the pleasure to work with Jose at Fiamma Grille. I must emphasize that it was a pleasure. I
have almost 20 years of experience within the hospitality industry, and it has become commonplace that
there is a general lackadaisical attitude amongst the younger generation. This is not the case with Jose. He
demonstrated an enthusiasm and a high work ethic that did not waiver. What impressed me most in regards
to Jose is his ability to anticipate guests needs before they had the opportunity to express them. He was
always prepared and on time. He was warm and friendly with co-workers and guests. He proved himself
to be an exceptional co-worker. I believe that Jose will be successful in any capacity, but his forte is frontof-the-house operations.
