Feedback from Process:

Elizabeth is a great contribution to our classroom with
her desire to learn and the way she supports her
classmates. We have had a meeting about how
+
homework can help her practice the content that is
Attitude
being added into the summation of scores. Elizabeth
continues to choose not to practice the content but she
contributes by actively participating in classroom discussions and activities. I would
love to see Elizabeth practice what we are learning in the classroom and then bring
the work to me for feedback, so that we are able to adjust learning if necessary.
Elizabeth is a great participant to the class but her attitude is very negative when it
comes to the concept of math. She loves to help her classmates and myself, but
when it comes to actual math-work, she shuts down emotionally. We have planned a
meeting together to try and create an attitude growth goal, so that a positive
attitude can be built to help her engagement to the content. I have highly enjoyed
Elizabeths presence in my classroom and I am excited to see her growth from here.
Academic Progress (Comparison from pre-test to post-test):
Elizabeths academic progress comes from the difference of scores from pre-tests to
post-tests.

Elizabeth has shown growth in every unit for the pre and post test. When we meet
together, we will be talking about how attitude and homework completion can
positively contribute to a greater growth. My personal goal for Elizabeth is to
contribute more than 65 points to her summation score within the next unit. She is
great young lady and there is a lot to be proud of!
