M.H. : I know when something is wrong with a client I should inform the charge nurse on the floor. For example the other day at my clinical I noticed a
concerning vital sign and informed the nurse, and she told me we will just have to keep track of the client's vitals.

preform diagnosis and drug research to prepare me for my clinical days using a variety technology to retrieve this information.

communication skills with clients with sensory deficits could use a bit of improvement I continue to practice and work on these skills.

M.H. : Decisions making and problem solving are crucial skills in nursing practice, and for this reason it is very important to develop and improve on

There are many important aspects to the nursing practice. This has become ear in these past 14 weeks while working in my clinical placement. I have
enjoyed all the skills and knowledge I have gained recently. I have had much practice in developing care plans, both step one and two. Also recently I
have had practice using point click care and documenting my assessments which I really enjoyed. I also have had much practice getting familiar with
working with a variety of CNO documents like the learning plans, and peer and self feedback. I look forward to the next semesters ahead.

Malissa has performed satisfactorily. She has gained much knowledge during this rotation. Her developing critical thinking skills are evident. Is
organized and is usually prepared for practice with all her research done. She is however reminded of the value of consistently having a daily
organizational plan in guiding her care delivery. Increased participation with the inter professional team is encouraged. Ongoing development of her
care plans will be beneficial.
