Next Monday, April 11 is Report Card Night #3. From 5 to 6 pm, you will be able to
pick up your students report card and visit with any of their teachers.

Carver College Prep Late Pickup Policy

Parents and Guardians,
This is an important notice regarding our Pickup Policy. Carver College
Prep classes dismiss at 4:15. Parents, you have until 4:45 to pick up your
child.
Starting Tuesday, March 29, 2016, Carver Faculty supervision in the pickup
area will end by 5 pm (with the exception of school sponsored activities such
as clubs, tutorials, sports).
Repeat offenders risk legal intervention. We will have an officer on duty to
confer with repeat offenders.
If you need care for your scholars past 5 pm, please contact BeAChampion
Afterschool Care.

9th Grade Field Lesson

Please remember that APRIL 15 is the ABSOLUTE
last day to pay for the 9th grade trip. Any students
who after this date who has not fulfilled or completed
their obligations WILL NOT ATTEND. There will
be NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER THIS DATE.
Please contact Ms. Vigil at

payments.
After this date, we will look at revising chaperones,
food costs, and hotel costs.

Summer School

Summer School 2016

Parents, summer school is right around the corner! Carver will be hosting retest courses for
STAAR and EOC classes as well as enrichment courses such as Accelerated Geometry.
Summer School will take place June 13-30th, Monday- Thursday 7:30- 1:45. A full list of
courses will be available soon and registration will open in April. Please reach out to Delisa
