Confidentiality Agreement: In order to provide an efficient, confidential service, both to our clients and our candidates, we must request you to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to the candidates and their particulars. Candidates should not be contacted and their candidature should not be referred to associates, friends or other (group / non group) companies without ‘concurrence with Prabose. Replacement: In case a candidate leaves the organization within 3 month of employment, Prabose Strategies Pvt. Ltd- Recruitment & Training Solutions Division will provide free replacement without any recruitment charges However, this clause would not be applicable if the candidate leaves as a result of client's action that significantly impact his employment at Client - eg. decision to close operations, major downgrade in his/her role and similar such events that make it unrealistic for the candidate to continue serving within the organization or in case his services are terminated by the organization, or in case of insolvency, merger, acquisition, winding up etc or for any reason whatsoever. Validity: This contract would be valid for a period of 1 calendar year from date of agreement.
