plantcells.Manyofyouhaveaskedwhenyouwouldbeabletolookatyourowncellsand
todayistheday!Unfortunatelyonlyonepartnerwillbeabletocontributeacellsampletoday,
butinlaterlabsyouwillbegiventimetoexploreandlookattheobjectsofyourchoosing.Ifyou
arereallyupsetaboutnotgettingachancetolookatyourcheekcellstoday,youwillhavethe
opportunityduringouropenlab.

studentsexplainwhyhumancellsareindeedanimalcellsisamajorpartofthelab.Wehave
beendiscussingthedifferencebetweenanimalcellsandplantcellsandrightawaytheyshould
beabletodeterminethatthereisnocellwallpresentinourcheekcells.
