Impact of Recreational Programs on Youth Introduction: Attention-Getting Statement: In 1991, there were 1.9 million adolescents between the ages of 15 and 19, equaling 6.8% of the Canadian popular who were at risk. This number continues to grow as do the importance of finding ways to support young adolescence growing up in society.
