Liposomal Vitamin C

The top image is all my supplies, the next is 1 of the 2 tablespoons AA I

add to 1 distilled water directly in the Vitamix and beat to death till its
fully liquefied. I then pour this into a small cup and set aside The bottom
image is the 2 cups distilled water tared to zero.

The top image is the 38 grams of liquid sunflower lecithin I poured directly
into the measuring cup. I added 5 grams extra for good measure. The
bottom image is a hand mixer about to get it liquefied so that it pours
completely into my Vitamix.

The top image is the quick blend (about a minute or so, just enough to keep
it from sticking to the glass) and the bottom image is what remains after
pouring it into the Vitamix. Most of the lecithin transfers easlity using this
methodology.

The top image is after about 4 or 5 minutes in the Vitamix. The bottom
image is the first pass after combining AA and lecithin directly in the
sonicator. It is VERY foamy.

This is near the end of the process.

Cycles:
I run the unit with the heat on and stir periodically. It takes three and a half
cycles of 480 seconds (8 minutes) before it hits the degassing stage. I then
run three and a half more cycles before the foam is all gone and Im tired of
letting it run.
Brooks (basically) indicated the more you run the more encapsulation you
get so this is about where I stop each time.

Here is the final solution after spending the night in the fridge at 38 degrees.
It doesnt separate any more than this. I plan to run the bicarbonate test on
it and will update this file with the result when I get a chance.
Bon Appetite!
