We are sending this letter to demand from you the payment of all the expenses our client,
Spouses Alex Merlin, has incurred in respect to and in connection with the funeral of their
daughter, Angelica Merlin, who died due to the collision incident, involving the car vehicle driven
by you and the jeepney vehicle in which the deceased victim was a passenger, on 04 March
2016 at around 02:00 am.
Please note that, in behalf of our client, we hereby reserve the right to take any legal actions or
remedies appropriate and in accordance with the law.
Attached herewith is a special power of attorney duly executed by our client authorizing our firm
and the undersigned counsel to represent them in any proceeding or action taken regarding this
case.
