Disassembly
The disassembly is done in the following order:

1. SIM Tray
2. Window Back
3. Tray Label & Label Core Unit
4. Cover Rear
5. Shield Camera
6. Main Camera
7. Main PBA with Battery (a) & Front Cover (b)

SIM Tray
Open the Cap SIM and remove the SIM Tray.
3.2
Window Back
Attach the Suction Cup on the bottom area of the Window

Back.
Pull upwards and insert the guitar pick.
Slide along all sides.

Be careful not to damage the camera!

Remove the Window Back.

Scrap! Adhesive Window Back is not to be reused.

Tray Label & Label Core

Unit
Add force toward bottom side and free the Tray Label with
Label Core Unit from the Cover Rear.
Remove the Tray Label.

Cover Rear
Unsnap the NFC Antenna connector by using the Nylon

pointer.
Remove the Screws in the sequence which shown in the

picture.
Scrap! Screws are not to be reused.

Unhook the Cover Rear from the Front Cover.

Remove the Cover Rear.
Unsnap the Battery connector.

Shield Camera
Unhook the Shield Camera from the Front Cover.

Remove the Shield Camera.
Scrap! Shield Camera is not to be reused.

Main Camera
Unsnap the Main Camera connector.

Remove the Main Camera.

Unsnap the Jack FPC connector.
Unsnap the LCD FPC connector.
Insert the LCD FPC connector into the hole of the Main
PBA.
Remove the Screw.

Scrap! Screw is not to be reused.

Detach the Vibrator from the Front Cover once.
Unhook the Main PBA from the Front Cover.
Lift up from the left side of the Main PBA carefully.

Stop lifting around 15 degree.
Let the LCD FPC connector pass through the hole of the
Main PBA.
Make sure not to damage the LCD FPC by the PBA hole!

Prepare the new Panel Side Charger.

Assembly Tool.
INSTALLATION
Attach the new Panel Side Charger into a cavity and press it
for 10 sec to make it securely attached.

Unsnap the NFC Antenna connector with the Nylon pointer.
Remove carefully the NFC Antenna from the Battery.

Insert the Nylon Pinter into the gap between the Loud
Speaker and Front Cover.
Remove the Loud Speaker & Cushion Loud Speaker.

Clean any remaining adhesive residue!
INSTALLATION
Prepare the new Loud Speaker & Cushion Loud Speaker.
Attach the Cushion Loud Speaker & Loud Speaker.

Make sure the orientation is correct.

Pull out the Adhesive Battery in horizontal direction very
slowly, very carefully.
Make sure to keep horizontal direction!
Make sure not to deform the Battery!
After pulling out the entire adhesive, the Battery is

removable.
Scrap! Adhesive Battery Bottom & Adhesive Battery
Top are not to be reused.
INSTALLATION
Prepare the new Battery & Adhesive Battery Bottom &
Adhesive Battery Top & NFC Antenna.
Scrap! The parts listed above not to be reused.
Paste the Adhesive Battery Bottom & Adhesive Battery Top

along the guide line on the Main PBA.

Place the Cover Rear temporarily for the Battery positioning.

Insert the Flex Film Assembly Tool to remove the Jack FPC.
INSTALLATION
Prepare the new Jack FPC & Adhesive Prox & Cushion
Shade 3LED & Sheet Shade 3LED FPC.
Paste the Adhesive Prox on the Front Cover.

Press 60s5N x 10 sec with Press Tool Audio Jack.
Place its proximity sensor into the cavity.

Paste the Sheet Shade 3LED FPC.

Fold up the FPC and paste the adhesive of FPC within the
metal plate area.
Follow the calibrations in Trouble Shooting Application

& Battery
Attach the new Adhesive Main PBA & Adhesive Vib as

described 4.14 Main PBA Installation.
Insert the Main PBA with Battery into the Front Cover as
shown direction by inserting the USB connector first.
Take a new Adhesive Main PBA & Adhesive Vib!
Make sure the Main PBA hooks on the Cover Front!
Make sure two metal contacts touch Magnetic Charger

Connector!
Make sure the LCD FPC is going through the hole of the
Main PBA!

Tighten the Screws in the sequence shown in the picture.

Torque spec for the Screw M1.4 (Gold) is 102 N.cm.
Torque spec for the Screw M1.2 (Silver) is 6-1 N.cm.
Take new Screws!
Connect the NFC Antenna connector.

Make sure it hooks!

Unit
Attach the Tray Label through the slit of the Cover Rear and
the Front Cover.

Window Back
Remove the old Adhesive Window Back and all remains of

the Adhesive residue.
Clean the edges of the Window Back carefully with alcohol
before the new Adhesive Window Back is mounted. This
action is done to secure the water resistant of the unit.

Reassembly
Place the new Adhesive along the guide of the Fixture Tool
Window Back.
Place the Window Back in a correct position.
Press with the Fixture Tool Window Back bottom side to

secure the attachment
The Window Back is ready to be assembled.

Insert the Press Tool Window Back Top with the press head
downwards.
Insert the Press Tool Window Back Bottom.
Place the unit with the Window Back upwards in the bottom
inlay.
Follow the instruction in 1003 - 9107 Tool Catalogue mechanical and document Toothed Rack Press Instruction.
Insert the bottom press.

Press with 500 50 N for 10 seconds
(the pressure value is adjusted for 600N because of the
weight of the pressure fixture)

The disassembly is done in the following order:

Open the Cap SIM and remove the SIM Tray.

Attach the Suction Cup on the bottom area of the Window

Slide along all sides.

Remove the Window Back.

Tray Label & Label Core

Unsnap the NFC Antenna connector by using the Nylon

Remove the Screws in the sequence which shown in the

Unsnap the Battery connector.
