It depends on whether the bonding takes place in a relationship with the right
conditions:
47. committed love, demonstrated by the marriage commitment, and a pursuit of true
intimacy
48.
They shall become one flesh: Though an initial bond in a one flesh relationship can be
formed at the first sexual relationship a couple has, the fullness of what God wants to do
in the one flesh relationship takes time. It has to become.

God created marriage as a loyal partnership between one man and one
woman.
Marriage is the firmest foundation for building a family and then society and
Nation.
God designed sexual expression to help married couples build intimacy and
permanent bond.
Marriage mirrors God's covenant relationship with His people.
God desires that we develop and nurture a personal, interactive relationship
with Him.
Marriage is the full expression and design of God's image in human beings.
Marriage is created out of divine order, is based on a covenant relationship,
reflects our relationship with God and truly has a greater impact in our lives
than many have assumed.
Marriage The Unity Of One Man & One Woman Joined Together By God
53. Marriage creates one new family out of two: Adam said, This is now
bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh . . . . Therefore a man shall leave
his father and mother and be joined to his wife (Gen. 2:23-24).
54. It provides a pure outlet for a divinely designed desire: Because of sexual
immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have
her own husband (1 Cor. 7:2).
55. It forms a mutually helpful team: The heart of her husband safely trusts
her . . . . She does him good and not evil all the days of her life (Prov.
31:11-12).
56. Marriage Gods way brings a man and a woman together to honor
Him and help society. Celebrate marriage for the ways it brings us
together in Gods name.
