In preparation for the hosting of the 2015 Palarong Pampook (Northern Mindanao Regional Athletics Association Meet) which is tentatively scheduled on December 2015, please find enclosed a design and a copy of the program of work of a cot bed which is one of the requirements of the Billeting Committee for your reference. 2. To determine the required number of cot beds per school, please use the following formula "CONSTANT NO. 75 DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF TEACHERS IN THE DISTRICT TIMES NUMBER OF TEACHERS IN THE SCHOOL EQUALS COT BEDS REQUIREMENT PER SCHOOL" EXAMPLE: Given = 75 No of Teachers in the District No of Teachers in the Schoo 75 ~ 100 = .75 X 10 =7.5 cot beds or 8 cot beds 3. Expenses incurred in the fabrication of cot beds is chargeable against school MOOE. Local School Board and others sources of funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is hereby desired.
