ELIGIBILITY: Artists eighteen years and older are eligible. All photos must be original,
and taken within the last two years. All photos must remain for the duration of the
exhibit. This is a judged exhibit.
ENTRY FEE: (non-refundable) $10 for two entries. Additional entries $5 each
SALES and PRICING: SASi and KMGT will retain 30% Commission from all
sales. If not for sale, please list price as NFS.
SPECIFICATIONS: Color or Black and White photography accepted. Photos must be
printed on 8 x 10 (minimum) up to or 16 x 20 photo paper and be matted with a
border for display.
LABELING: Fill out labels provided below and put on back of work.
JUDGE: To Be Announced
AWARDS: First Place - $75
Second Place - $50
Third Place - $25
Peoples Choice - $30
SCHEDULE: Deliver photos Sat April 30, 11 am - 4 pm & Sun May 1, 1 - 4 pm
RECEPTION: May 7 (Saturday) 6 8 p.m. ~ Awards Presented at 7:00 p.m.

Pick up work: Sat May 28 from 10 am 4 pm (gallery hours)
Artwork left beyond 30 days will become property of Southern Arts Society.
LIABILITY: Neither SASi nor KMGT accepts any responsibility for loss or damage of
artwork. Concerned artists should provide their own insurance coverage. SASI and
KMGT reserve the right to decline any works that do not meet our standards or
specifications and to withdraw any work from the exhibition at its discretion.
SASi and KMGT reserve the right to photograph and reproduce any entry submitted for
educational, marketing, and publicity purposes. Entry in the exhibition constitutes
agreement by the artist with all conditions set forth in this prospectus.
PUBLICITY: For Publicity purposes ONLY, Digital photos may be emailed to
bill.mccarter@clevelandcounty.com please title jpeg with your name and title
