Over the past 2 weeks,there had been 6 casesof snatchthefts alongthe shopping
belt of Orchard Rd. These cases were committedbetween2:00 pm and 9:OOpm durin!
weekends.In all thesecases,femalevictimshordinghandphones weretargeted.The culprit
wouldapproachthe victimsuddenly fromthefrontor rear,andsnatchher handphone away.
2 Thedescription of the culpritis as follows:
- Male/ 30 yearsold
- Tannedcomolexion
- Slightlyplump
- LastseenwearingT-shirt,bluejeans and carryinga blue& blackbackpack

3 Policehave since steppedup patrolsin the area.Ti[ date,the alertnessof the oubric
has assistedus to solve2 of the abovementionedcases.we furtherseek your assistanceto
