Dear Children, Winter Vacations are synonymous with fun, frolic,
getting up late in the morning, playing for longer hours with
friends, going for picnics and exploring new places. But dear
children, there is a lot more you can do to make your vacations
more interesting, meaningful and full of fun; along with doing all
your heart desires. Here is a Winter vacation Activity Treasure
Box just for you.. So get ready for your treasure hunt.
English:
*To enhance your vocabulary skill, pick out any 5 word (weekly) from the
newspaper or old magazine. Cut and paste them in a scrapbook. Write their
meaning and frame meaningful sentences using these words.
* Rewrite the story Snowwhite and the Seven Dwarfs from the Snowwhites
or Dwarfs perspective on an A-4 size sheet. (Dear Parents, Kindly provide
spelling help to the children.)
*Do page no. 45 and 84 in the grammar book.
EVS:
*Explore your senses-As you enjoy your walk through the garden, discover
the magic of your five senses. Now, paste at least two pictures each and
write the names for the things in the scrap book, that......
You saw........................
You smelt......................
You heard.....................
You touched.................
You tasted....................
*On an A3 size sheet draw any 5 safety rules you would like to follow inside
and outside your home. Try to make your own safety rules.
