DEMAND LETTER
(Re: Loan amounting to Php50,000.00)

Dear Mr________________,
This is with respect to the loan you secured from me last
______________ in the amount of Php50,000.00. According to you, such
amount is to be used to open a water station business and you
promised to pay me back the said amount as soon as you get your
back pay from _________________. Due to such representation, and
knowing that a termination letter for your employment in _________ was
forthcoming, I more than generously lent you the said amount.
To secure the payment of your loan, you issued to me an
________________check in the amount of ______________. However, upon
presentment of the checkank, the same was dishonored because
according to them, your ACCOUNT was CLOSED.
I immediately informed you of such dishonor of your issued
check and repeatedly arranged meet-ups for us to discuss the terms of
you payment, but you fell deaf-ears to my constant pleas and
disregarded my calls and texts.
Despite my repeated demands and reminders, you failed
and refused and continue to fail and refuse to settle the
foregoing long overdue obligation.
FINAL DEMAND is therefore made upon you to pay/deliver the
amount of Php50,000.00 within five (5) days from the receipt thereof.
Otherwise, we shall be constrained to institute the necessary civil
and/or criminal action/s against you to protect my and my familys
interest.

Needless to state that in such event, I shall hold you additionally

liable for incidental expenses and damages, including litigation
expenses and attorneys fees.
I trust that you shall give this matter your immediate attention.
